About Risa Shibata

Hi! My name is Risa Shibata, currently a junior exchange student at UC Berkeley. I come from Japan but was born in Australia, and spent my early childhood there. Once coming back to Japan, I went to an international school until graduating high school. Although I thought that I was pretty knowledgable about cultural diversity as I grew up in a multicultural environment, this was not true at all. Living in I-House has allowed me to encounter new cultural experiences on a daily basis :)
