For residents and student staff, the Center for Intercultural Leadership (CIL) invites you to apply for its Intercultural Leadership Initiative (ILI) this fall.

Top 3 Reasons Why You Should Apply:

1. It’s going to change your life. ILI is a learning laboratory that emphasizes your transformation, potential, and effectiveness as an intercultural leader. The self-awareness and skills you will gain will make a positive impact in your life here at I-House, at UC Berkeley, and beyond. And it will prepare you to be more effective as a global leader.

2. It’s free. While certification programs can be expensive, International House at UC Berkeley provides the ILI program for its residents and student staff at no charge. If admitted to the program, this is an exclusive benefit only available to you as a resident or student staff at I-House.

3. It gets you certified. Upon successful completion of ILI requirements in the fall, you receive a Certificate in Intercultural Leadership. Increasingly, future employers are looking for specific skills in leadership and intercultural competency. ILI provides you with credentials in both of these fields.
